Very fondly considered as one of the most beautiful temples of Rajasthan, dedicated to the prominent deity of Ganga Maharaj ji. Constructed around the 19th century, its mosaic patterns, geometrical perfection at that time, sculpturous skills, engraved resonance of the whole temple especially the gong of the temple(audible from afar distance) is admirably exquisite. The whole architecture of this revered temple is built of a unique Bansi pahadpur stones which is an unusual matchless thing. The idols of Shiv-parvati and laxmi-narayan are placed inside the Garbhgriha.
Dedicated to lord Krishna's mature incarnation which symbolises the banke Bihari of Vrindavan, this temple is one of the most visited temple / religious places of Bharatpur. The tribhanga posture of lord Krishna's idol is inspired by the ancient classical music art. Also, the temple was constructed by the guru of one and only classical known ancient singer Tansen, Swami Haridas.
Located at the centre of Bharatpur, laxman temple is dedicated to lord Laxman, the brother of Shree Ram and Laxman's wife Urmila ji. Also, idols of his brothers Bharat, shatrughna and lord Hanuman is kept inside the shrines. Bansi pahadpur stones are used to build this temple's structure and ornamental work with figures of birds and floral jhoomars takes the sight of viewers.
