Dedicated to lord Krishna's Ranchhod Avatar which is also known by the name of a brave but clever warrior who fights with his wisdom not only with powers. The temple was built by Jodhpur queen Jadechi Rajkanwar, the wife of king Jaswant Singh of Jodhpur. The temple is thoroughly constructed using red sandstone and the idol placed inside it with black marble. Beautiful pattern of carving adds plenty of luxury to the premises.
This temple campus dates back to the early 16th century which was built by Nanak Devi, who was a queen of Jodhpur king Rao Ganga. The whole structure of the temple campus including mandap bhavan, Garbhgriha, a large water reservoir named Ganga bawari etc is built using carved chhitar stones. The main temple part from inside has a huge structural platform which is standing on 102 carved pillars and there are 84 yogasana positions painted on its wall throughout. Nath yogis made up of gold, the sandalwood carved railings, and gold pots kept inside the temple gives an exquisite to those of a connoisseur of artistic and vibrant enthusiasm about ancient and antique culture.
